Engineering definitely plays a vital role in everyday life of many people. It is in fact a way of life in today’s technological era. As a way of life, it is but right to put into any engineering industry an overseer in every project or any task that they are doing.

They share the task of managing the operations with the head manager while supervising other personnel. As a responsible supervisor, and having partially shared the management roles, it is their duty to protect the project at a desirable business level, meaning lowering costs, budgeting resources wisely and profitable.
