1. Thou shalt not lie, but never admit the truth.

2. Thou shalt promise the moon, but deliver at least sixpence.

3. Thou shalt buy, buy, buy, and sell, sell, sell, just so it is not thy own money.

4. Thou shalt not covet thy competitor's customers; simply beg, borrow or steal them.

5. Thou shalt always see light at the end of the tunnel even if it be nighttime, and even if there be no tunnel.

6. Thou shalt always protect thyself, and if there is any time left over, do thy job.

7. Honor thy wealthy clients and thy mutual funds with hot new issues.

8. Thou shalt be a bold bull or a fearless bear with thy customer's money, while always banking thy own money.

9. Thou shalt always keep the money flowing so fast that thy customers know not what they do, not what they own.

10. Thou shalt not commit - thyself.
