How to Grab Songs in IMEEM...

Previously, there was a thread titled How to hack imeem.com??? in The Digital Pinoy forums and was locked by the admin because of the malicious title. Pero sa totoo lang wala naman talagang hacking na nangyari. What the thread starter wanted to share really is some info how to grab/download songs from IMEEM. Hacking is different because it involves malicious or illegal intent of entry to any private digital system. In this thread, I will show you how to download songs from IMEEM without disrupting any system or file. (This is the simpler version - may mga nagreklamo kasi dati na madaming process)

First, download and install these 2 reliable software
a. Free Music Zilla
b. Freez FLV to MP3 Converter

Second, once properly installed, go to imeem.com and search your song. No need to log in. REMEMBER Search for the song/music only and not the playlist.

Third, open Free Music Zilla. Once the link is on the window, click the download button. And that's it. Yun nga lang .flv pa yung file. You can browse the file by clicking on the link "Files have been saved to...".

Fourth, convert your file to .mp3 via the Freez converter. Open the converter and click the Add Flv File(s) button. This will prompt a browse window so you can add the file to the conversion queue.

Finally, click Start Converting button. You have now your mp3 file. You can go now to your newly converted mp3 file to the output directory displayed in the Output Directory text box.

Remember, when renaming the mp3 file, just rename the file name and not the file extension (e.g. .mp3, .flv)

1. kapag sa Multiply niyo ginamit, malaki ang chance na hindi niyo na kelangan ng converter. madalas kasi mp3 ang mga naka-upload dito.
2. pwede din ito gamitin sa iba pang music/media sites such as esnips, pandora, last.fm at marami pang iba.
